Very friendly and professional staff. I liked a lot the location, close to everything in the center. The swimming pool and the oaesis were very nice. The food was wonderful and delicious with lots of variety. Very good evening shows with dancers and music. Overall, one exotic paradise

Good food, great service and lovely bartender at the pool (Jose). A very nice surprise to have had a little Jacuzzi in the bathroom.

The staff was very helpful and always with an amazing attitude that would make us feel like we were at home. Big thanks to Mark at the bar, really good guy. Beds and pillows very comfortable. And the food was great too. Already recommending to friends and family and i would definitely be back

Staff attitudes in general in San Andres are less attentive and accomodating than in most resort areas, there seems to be more of a sense of resentment towards visitors and a sense of entitlement than in other locations. Coffee/ beverage service was slow and forgetful, the snack bar often opened late, and the food was cold, both at the snack bar and at breakfast (cold eggs, french fries, hamburgers). For lunch the chicken was routinely horribly overcooked, cold, and dry. Dinner was definitely the best meal each day, quality-wise.
